Bias Reporting

Any member of the university community can make a report about a possible bias related incident or hate crime through the Bias Reporting System or by calling the Department of Public Safety at 687.4343.

You may submit a Bias Related Incident Reporting Form online or deliver a paper copy to the Office of Student Affairs on the 5th Floor of the Leavey Center. If getting to the Leavey Center is not practical, you may fax the form to 687.6255.  Please mark the form Attn: Bias Reporting Team. You will receive a follow-up call or e-mail from a member of the reporting team soon after submitting your form.

The Bias Reporting Team is composed of trained professionals in Student Affairs, Affirmative Action Programs, and the Department of Public Safety.

Campus Ministry is involved with many aspects of life on the campus. There are chaplains living in each of the residence halls. There are events held across all three campuses.

Counseling and Psychiatric Services

The Counseling and Psychiatric Service (CAPS) serves as the university's primary mental health agency for its students and campus community.
 


Health Education Services

Health Education Services is comprised of health professionals who are available to help students deal with a range of health issues, including pregnancy, alcohol and drug use and abuse, adult children of alcoholics, eating disorders, sexual assault, relationship violence, stalking, stress management, and general health promotion.
