This week aims to educate and deepen our knowledge and understanding around gender identity, gender expression, transgender and intersex communities and how it relates to sexual orientation.
We also pause to recognize Transgender Day of Remembrance for those who have been killed due to hatred and prejudice against various members of the transgender and gender variant communities and to celebrate those whom continue to work for inclusion.
